What we collect

• Account data: name, email, password hash, avatar.
• Training data: workouts, sets, weights, body weight, personal records, notes.
• Community content: posts, comments, reactions, team messages.
• Device data: push subscription endpoint, user agent, timezone for reminders.
• Usage data: basic logs to keep the Service running and detect abuse.

How we use it

• To run the Service: deliver workouts, sync your team, track progress.
• To send transactional and onboarding emails (welcome, reminders, account notices).
• To send opt-in push notifications for reminders and partner activity.
• To improve the product and prevent abuse.

Who can see your data

Your training logs are private to you and your coach. Posts and comments are visible to your team. We never sell your data.

Service providers

We use Lovable Cloud for backend hosting, database, and email delivery. Push notifications are delivered through standard browser and mobile push services.

Your rights

You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@isi365.app. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails via the link in every email.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we're required to keep records for legal reasons.

Security

We use row-level security, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and managed authentication. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password.

Children

ISI365 is not intended for children under 16.

Changes

We'll update this page when our practices change. Material changes will be communicated via email.
